The health and wellness of adults and older adults is enriched through fitness equipment training, nutritional demonstrations and the development of healthy lifestyles through presentations on health-related topics.
In our Health and Wellness programs seniors experience –

- development of healthy lifestyles through fitness and nutritional related activities
